Tyler M. Johnson: Tyler is the Designated Broker and President of Ballinger Realty Inc. Tyler is a licensed lawyer, as well as a licensed Broker, having obtained his law degree from Duke University School of Law in 1991. After returning to Washington State following Law School, he initially worked for the State Attorney General's Office as an Assistant Attorney General. Tyler also spent numerous years in private practice handling a variety of matters from construction defect cases to title insurance cases until he left his law practice in 2004 to focus on Real Estate full time.
In 1996, Tyler commenced management of two real estate investment companies and now manages six real estate investment corporations or LLCs focused on investing in Commercial Real Estate in addition to managing Ballinger Realty. Jo Ann Janetto: Jo Ann is an Associate Broker that has managed bought and sold residential investment real estate for 14 years. She manages the residential property management portfolio at Ballinger Realty Inc.
Prior to her Real Estate career, Jo Ann worked in the insurance industry and offers a wealth of knowledge garnered from that prior career.

Jamin Silbaugh is a licensed real estate agent and bookkeeper at Ballinger Realty. He handles the property management bookkeeping and other accounting for residential and commercial properties. Jamin has been instrumental in updating many on Ballinger’s accounting and administrative systems.
Jamin holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington. His primary focus at the UW was accounting, but he also studied marketing, economics, finance, tax, and information systems.
